Happy last day of school for these two kindergarteners! We got our new van the night before and worked late into the night to get car seats installed so the girls could do the drop-off the last day of school. All of the other days I had parked and walked them in because they were nervous and also it was just easier. So they were geared up and ready to go for this last day! Olivia had a moment of nervousness, but grabbed Kate's hand and they ran to their door together. It was a sweet moment, especially knowing how far they'd both come. What sweet, special girls. They loved this year with Miss M! They learned to read and write and socialize and do hard, brave things. I'm so proud of them. Go girlies!!!

Robbie Turns 34!
Happy Birthday, Robbie!! Man we love him, and love any reason to celebrate him! The kids snuck upstairs and helped me decorate our door while he was getting ready for work. After work, (half day Friday, yay!) he came home and opened his presents (I scored big time with the Survivor buff ). He and I ate Port of Subs for lunch together, and then we just hung out as a family during the afternoon. My mom came after dinner to watch the kids while we went out. Robbie rented Matt Boyce's Tesla for the day, so we drove that down to Lindon to eat at The Pizza Factory, which has Robbie's favorite pizza of all time. I don't think Robbie stopped smiling that entire drive. My favorite part was walking together over to the park while we waited to be seating. Lindon is such a calm and peaceful city, I love visiting so much. Happy Birthday, sweet thing. You mean the world to us!!

Let's Play Music Recital
Kate and Olivia had their LPM recital on Saturday and it was just a joy to watch them! I took Madelyn with me and Robbie stayed home with the younger two sickies. The girls were confident and just beamed up there on stage. They each had two songs where they accompanied on the piano, and the rest they sang. They have grown a lot as musicians this year and I'm really proud of their hard work. We couldn't ask for a better teacher, Ms. Teresa!

Madelyn's MDT Performance
This little lady had her MDT performance this past Thursday down at the Covey Center in Provo. She was so brave and cute as can be! She had a rehearsal in the afternoon and then I took the twins with me to watch her performance that night. She was feeling nervous for days leading up to this day and had some tears when I handed her off to her teacher in the afternoon, but she came afterwards beaming and told me how much she loved being on stage. I said, "Maddie you found your courage!" and then she told me that it was hiding in her leg :) She went back without tears for the performance and her teacher let me come grab her right after so she could finish watching the performance with us. What a joy and honor it is watching these kids do hard things. I'm so proud of her.
