The twins had some stubborn cradle I'd been wanting to get rid of for a long time, and after researching a bunch and finally deciding to just bite the bullet and get this over with, I decided to try vaseline on their heads. I massaged a pretty good amount into both of their scalps and let it sit for a while. Meanwhile, I started looking up how to get vaseline out of hair and I read warning after warning about not putting vaseline in hair. Whoops.
It was a nightmare to get out, I tell ya. We did multiple baths with cornstarch and dish soap and hand soap and my shampoo. Eventually, they didn't look like grease balls anymore, but it took a good couple of weeks. Hahaha, so funny. And so terrible. Lesson learned.
This was their greasy hair the morning after the first cornstarch bath. Still soooo bad! I couldn't stop laughing...and crying :)
