Christmas 2015 with the Beans was an extra special Christmas because we got to celebrate TWICE, once before Todd left and then after. Richard and Emily flew in on the 18th and we packed in as much stuff as we could while they were in town. The family volunteered at the Food Care & Coalition, spend an afternoon at Nickel City, drove up to Aunt Becky's for the traditional Bean Christmas party, played tons of games, celebrated Richard's birthday by going to see Star Wars as a family, went to the temple, ate the most delicious meal at Mark & Elissa's, played basketball at the church, talked to Todd on Christmas Day. It was a blast. The girls are the luckiest to have such loving aunts and uncles and grandparents. I loved watching them all play together. It was the girls' first Christmas and they didn't really have a clue what was going on, but we had to still make it a big deal, right?
